Question 1

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Memberships start at $99 a month on an annual plan, or $150 month to month, and include the build, hosting, your domain connected and ongoing changes. There is no setup fee. If you would rather own the site outright, we quote a one-time price for a fixed scope. The pricing page has the full breakdown.

Question 2

Can I see my website before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every template is a live, working site you can click through, and you can try your own name and colors on it from the preview. Once we start on your version, you approve it before it goes live.

Question 3

What if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

If you cancel before we start building, you get a full refund. Memberships can be cancelled before the next billing date, and we send you your content and help move your domain. Once the build has started, the first payment is not refundable, since the build is included instead of a setup fee.

Question 4

Do I own the website?

Accepted Answer

With a one-time build, yes: once it is paid in full you can use it for as long as you like, edit it, host it anywhere and hire anyone to work on it. With a membership, the site is licensed to you while you are a member, and you can buy it outright at any time. Your logo, copy, photos, data and domain are always yours. The licence page has the details.

Question 5

Can I make changes after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With a membership, send us what you want changed and we handle it. Without one, the site is yours to edit, or we can quote changes as they come up.
